#Real Estate Business and Transactions, Project Development, and Land Registry and Cadastre Expertise

Professional legal support in the acquisition, sale, lease, management, and development of real estate. We provide representation in all types of land registry proceedings relating to the acquisition and encumbrance of real property.

We conduct due diligence analyses (legal verification of real estate status), review land registry and cadastral records, and advise clients regarding the registration of ownership rights, encumbrances, and other land registry entries.

#Personal Status Matters (Foreign Nationals)

We have extensive experience in proceedings concerning the acquisition of Croatian citizenship, changes of personal name, and declarations of death.

We provide comprehensive legal assistance in personal status matters, including name change procedures and the establishment of the fact of death, covering document preparation, filing of applications, and representation before the relevant authorities.
