#Bišćan & Dlačić Law Firm was established at the beginning of 2025 as a general partnership and continues the long-standing legal practice of attorney Igor Dlačić.
The partners of the firm and persons authorised to represent it are attorneys Zoran Bišćan and Igor Dlačić.
The law firm is headquartered in Zagreb, Petrinjska 31, and is registered in the Court Register of the Commercial Court in Zagreb under registration number (MBS) 081648006, Personal Identification Number (OIB) 17630841039, and company registration number (MB) 6110517.
#ATTORNEY IGOR DLAČIĆ, Certified Court Interpreter for German and English
Igor was born in Zagreb, where he completed his primary and secondary education. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Zagreb in 2001 and has been practising law for more than 25 years.
He began his legal career in Strasbourg at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, where he received a special recommendation for his work on entrusted assignments.
In 2001, Igor Dlačić joined the law firm Vedriš & Partners in Zagreb as a trainee attorney. After passing the Bar Exam, he continued his career there as an attorney-at-law. The primary focus of his work has been providing legal assistance to clients in an international environment and working extensively in foreign languages. He has also represented private individuals in a wide range of legal matters, thereby acquiring broad and diverse legal experience.
In 2004, he completed practical training in intellectual property law at the patent law firm von Füner, Ebbinghaus, Finck und Hano in Munich, Germany, where he further expanded his professional expertise.
In June 2006, attorney Igor Dlačić became a partner at Vedriš & Partners, where he remained until September 2013, when he decided to continue his professional career in independent practice.
He has participated, and continues to participate, in numerous conferences and professional training programmes in the fields of real estate law, intellectual property law (with a particular focus on copyright law and the registration of national, European, and international trademarks and designs), distribution and franchising (including programmes organised by the International Distribution Institute), personal data protection, digital services and digital content law, as well as artificial intelligence.
Attorney Dlačić is a certified court interpreter for the German and English languages with extensive translation experience and continuously develops his linguistic knowledge and professional skills.
He has also established strong international cooperation in the field of intellectual property law with selected European firms specialising in intellectual property protection.
#ATTORNEY ZORAN BIŠĆAN, Certified Court Interpreter for English
Zoran was born in Zagreb and graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Zagreb in 2021. He began his professional career at the beginning of the following year as a trainee attorney in the law office of attorney Igor Dlačić, where he acquired extensive practical knowledge and experience in working with both domestic and international clients and participated in resolving complex legal matters.
He passed the Croatian Bar Exam in 2024 and was subsequently admitted to the Register of Attorneys of the Croatian Bar Association. Following his admission, he continued his professional engagement in Igor Dlačić’s law office, where he further developed his legal expertise and professional competencies through work on cases from various areas of law.
In 2025, together with attorney Igor Dlačić, he co-founded Bišćan & Dlačić Law Firm, where he currently serves as a partner.
He actively participates in professional conferences, workshops, and training programmes in the fields of property law, administrative law, personal data protection (GDPR), and foreign language development. Through continuous professional education, he keeps abreast of modern legal developments and technological innovations.
Zoran Bišćan is a certified court interpreter for the English language and is also proficient in German. He is a registered mediator with the Croatian Association for Mediation, which further qualifies him to conduct alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
In his daily practice, he primarily focuses on contract and obligations law, property law, land registry law, enforcement law, and inheritance law, providing legal advice and representation with a high level of professionalism, diligence, and attention to detail.
